Alan was the US and Software CFO of Cordium from 2008 to 2018, working closely with the management team on private equity transactions and M&A activity. Alan also has held chief financial officer roles in several other technology and service based companies. He has a BSBA from Washington University in St. Louis and is a Certified Public Accountant.
